Professional upgrading among the elementary school teachers of Matina District.

Annotation

The study uses a descriptive survey of the professional upgrading activities undertaken by the elementary school teachers of Matina District and how they vary when grouped according to age, eligibility, teaching experience, and performance level among others. The study also includes an analysis of the motivations of teachers in terms of benefits derived from professional upgrading.
