This article is part of a study conducted by AFRIM on the production and profit sharing (PPS) issue. It focuses on the legal problems that plague this provision of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law. It is an attempt to illustrate how the law was used to the detriment of the agrarian reform beneficiary organizations as they struggle for their rightful share of the profit and produce they have worked on for years.
