Product development and evaluation of tropical candy

Annotation

Develops a healthy-food candy from the pulp of papaya, guyabano and camote. A standard recipe for tropical candy is developed as a result of series of initial experimentation. Both chemical and microbiological analyses are done in the laboratory. The actual production takes place in Iligan City including the gathering of raw materials.
