A preliminary study on antibody development in Tilapia nilotica against microsporidia. Three treatments are investigated: 1-0.1 ml, 2-0.1 ml, and 3-0.1 ml of microsporidian spores (1.5 x 106 spores per ml). For the control, phosphate buffered saline (PBS) is used at 1-0.1 ml, 2-0.1 ml, and 3-0.1 ml doses.
