Focuses on the common practices of administrators in supervising multi-grade classes in the Division of Misamis Oriental school year 1994-1995. The concept of supervision concerned on five areas: Planning and Organization, Facilities and Equipment, Instructional Materials, Supervision of Instruction, Monitoring and Evaluation. It indicates the significance of performance rating as a factor that causes variation in the practice of school administrators.
