Presents various postharvest technologies adopted by the Postharvest Technology Training & Research Center, UPLB. It describes technology utilization, especially in the levels of production, marketing and financing. It also assesses the effectiveness of the extension support services extended by the center and analyzes the mechanism of participatory technology development process.
