Examines the policies and practices in the personnel management of the Mindanao State University and their effects on MSU academic and non-academic personnel. The study further assesses the attitudes of the personnel toward recruitment/selection, fringe benefits, appointment, promotion, transfer of personnel, compensation, and training program. Moreover, it also presents the problems of the university in implementing personnel management policies as well as the ways by which these policies can be improved as perceived by the personnel.
