A project focusing on an identification of the impediments to investment in Mindanao. Included within the scope of this project is a component aimed at establishing whether the legal arrangements establishing Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) provided the regional government with powers and authorities which could be used to differentiate the region from other local government units - provinces and cities - in so far as potential investors are concerned.
