Determines the perceptions of employees on the extent of adherence to civil service policies of personnel management. Specifically, the areas of personnel management looked into are recruitment, training and development, promotion, and employee benefits. The study is limited to the Municipal Government of Mambajao, Camiguin during the calendar year 1998-1999.
