Identifies the personality related variables of the teaching performance of elementary school teachers at South 11 District, Suarez, Iligan City school year 1997-1998. Also, it determines the level of teaching performance of the respondents in the performance Appraisal System for Teachers (PAST). From the findings of the study, what action plans can be drawn.
