The study shows significant interaction effect, although the Red Necked strain performed better than the two strains, Rhode Island Red and Black Jersey. Higher return on investment (ROI) was obtained from the Red Necked strain of Sasso chickens. It was also found out that as the level of Lactobacilli was increased, a corresponding increase in the weight of chickens was observed.
