Performance of mushroom in different substrates

Annotation

The study shows that the use of different substrates significantly affect the number of days for growing mushrooms from sowing to harvesting. The use of corn cobs or in combination with different substrates hastens the growth of mushrooms compared to those grown in banana leaves. The study concludes that profit is high in mushroom growing using organic wastes such as corn cobs and in combination with rice straws.
