In this study, students, the dean and the Mathematics Division chairperson are asked to evaluate the teaching performance of nine mathematics teachers of Bukidnon State College. Criteria for evaluating teaching competence include organization of lesson, questioning techniques, records and reports management, punctuality and attendance, communication skills, personality, human relations, and plus factor.
