This project aims to formulate an integrated coastal management program in Lianga Bay. Specifically, it aims to protect, conserve and manage the coastal resources of the Bay through a community-based approach heighten community concern for the conservation and management of the coastal resources organize fisherfolks for the establishment of marine sanctuaries generate preliminary baseline information on the socio-economic aspect and natural and physical features of the four coastal municipalities and conduct marine resource and periodic environmental assessments of the project sites.
