The manual aims as a guide for officials and residents of barangays identified as beneficiaries of the Special Zone of Peace and Development (SZOPAD) Social Fund to care for and maintain the facilities they have acquired through the aforementioned fund. The project areas for which the manual is prepared are: (1) Barangay Langayen, Pikit Municipality, (2) Barangay Tinutulan, Pikit Municipality, (3) Baranagy Malingao, Midsayap Municipality and (4) Barangay Norte Manuangan, Pigcawayan Municipality.
