Organizational climates of selected secondary schools in Dipolog City

Annotation

This study identifies the organizational climates of six selected secondary schools in Dipolog City, school year 1977-1978. It compares private and public schools in the perceptions of their school climates and further evaluates the task-achievement and social needs satisfactions of school personnel as basis for determining schools open to educational changes and innovations.
