This study determines the feasibility of establishing an oil palm plantation and processing mill in Lanao del Sur. It aims to develop a replicable model for an oil palm plantation and mill establishment using the nucleus estate scheme and to determine the technical, financial, marketing, socio-economic, organization/management and environmental viability of the project.
