The study discusses the Western Economic Growth Cluster which comprises the provinces of Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi with the cities of Pagadian, Dipolog, Dapitan and Zamboanga City as urban centers.
