Annotation

The study determines the perceived leadership style of the managers of National Power Corporation-Mindanao Regional Center (MRC) and the perceived organizational effectiveness of the corporation. It describes the perceived strength and weaknesses of the Managers and the common problems encountered by subordinates towards their managers. Moreover, it evaluates the perceived skill training needs of the managers.
