Describes the relationship between the instructional policies of NDEA Tertiary Institutions in terms of acceptability and implementation and the level of teaching satisfaction of the teachers. Other variables between and among which relationship are established are instructional policies and loads/subjects taught, teacher preparation, degree earned and salary received.
