This study aims to investigate the relationship between leadership behavior and school organizational climate as perceived by seventeen administrators and eighty-three teachers from the district of Pualas, Lanao del Sur. Instruments used in gathering information for the study are the Leadership Behavior Descriptive Questionnaire and the Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire, both developed by the Ohio State University but considered to be culture-fair.
