Findings of the study show that Muslim Maguindanaons dominate the area. Most of the farmer-beneficiaries are lessees due to the migration of landowners to avoid unstable peace and order condition. The general perception of the farmer-beneficiaries is that peace and development is feasible if there are irrigation/infrastructure development and social development in the four municipalities of Maguindanao.
