Documents and analyzes the experience of a triumvirate of civil society agents (namely, the Tribal Filipino Program for Community Development, Inc., the Kaliwat Theater Collective and the Manobo Lumadnong Panaghiusa) as they collaboratively engaged the state towards the Arakan Manobos achieving full control over their ancestral domain. An analysis of their effective role as civil society-localized in the setting of the Arakan Valley in Cotabato, Mindanao. The Manobos were able to successfully secure Certificates for Ancestral Domain Claims (CADCs).
