The study concerns the establishment of group latex processing among the small rubber planters in Cotabato. It aims to pilot and improve locally made latex processing equipment and machineries which could produce high quality rubber, to conduct hands-on training on latex processing capable of producing high quality rubber, and to evaluate the economics of group processing among the small farmers.
