Reports that approximately fifty percent of the total distance cover of 3,500 m had less than 30 percent live cover, and 50 percent dead coral cover. Soft corals, although present in most portions of the reef length, have a cover estimate of only 10 percent. Live cover of hard corals in the shallow stations is generally lower than the deep stations.
