This research highlights the irrigation problems that includes seepage and water allocation and distribution due to low educational background of farmers in agriculture, sociologic and economic factors. Suggestions to solve these problems are presented and a need for the farmers' attendance in non-formal training programs and expert's assistance are encouraged.
