The women moderately participate in all form of activities such as planting, fertilizer application, weeding, harvesting, drying, storing, and selling. Women also engage in animal raising, vegetables, coconut/corn farming, fruit-raising and others to augment the needs of the family. Women are involved in all decision making in the farm. The decision is defined as financial controllers of the household, purchase, savings, and investment of rice production.
