Evaluates the KKK projects. Sixty-four teachers are involved in the study. Findings reveal that teachers generally have the favorable attitude towards the policies. Most barangay respondents have implemented the 10 objectives of the KKK program. Seven prototype programs are implemented such as agro-forestry, agro-livestock, aquamarine, waste utilization, cottage and light industries, shelter components, and services. The program has contributed to the development of local community.
