Identifies the different factors that affect the performance of teachers in selected secondary schools of Pikit Municipality. The sociodemographic factors of the teacher-respondents such as sex, age, civil status, number of children, highest educational attainment, number of years in teaching, employment status, monthly salary, present position and workload if taken singly and in combination do not influence the teaching performance of the teachers. Furthermore, school factors such as type of school, class size, library resources and laboratory facilities significantly influence teaching performance.
