Describes the different types of work performed by women in the rural agricultural areas and how these contribute to the economic well being of their household. It also discusses how rural women are treated when they work as paid workers, and delves into how household chores are organized and performed by members of the family when women are engaged in wage-work. Data for this study are collected through interviews of fifty married women from Purok four, Barangay Managok, Malaybalay City.
