Looks into the corn industry in Mindanao and how it stands with respect to agricultural trade liberalization. It identifies several institutional issues and enumerates the various government agencies and financing institutions that corn farmers can deal with. The study also came up with recommendations based on its finding, some of which pertains to the Philippine agricultural policy and the long- needed structure reforms in the agriculture sector.
