The study seeks the following: the sources of revenue that accrue to the General Fund, Infrastructure Fund and Special Educational Fund of the municipality, the expenditures of the municipality, how funds are appropriated, and the comparison of 1986 to 1990 funds and projects. It recommends the need to exert effort in the collection of taxes and income to the municipality.
