States that the difference or conflict arising from the traditional practices of the Muslim Filipinos in their way of life with the basically oriented statutes of the land, should be recognized and studied in terms of its marked religious differences, system of laws, political and social organizations and in the totality of their culture. The ground for reconciliation is now provided by the fundamental law of our country under Article 15, sec. 11.
