The study is about the potentials of North Coast Economic Growth Cluster in terms of simultaneously attaining the goals of agricultural development and industrialization. Comprising three Area Development Zones (ADZs) "the CARAGA ADZ, the Expanded CIC ADZ and the Panguil Bay" Mt. Malindang ADZ, the cluster is an amalgamation of agricultural, industrial and service enterprises.
