Presents four venues to address the Moro problem, namely: annihilation, secession, separatism, assimilation and integration. Among the four, assimilation seems to be the best possible solution. But felt needs must be recognized first such as better income opportunities, preservation of the patrimony of the cultural minorities and the need for greater educational opportunities and the need to cultivate the virtues of cultural minorities. Historical, geographical, and sociological factors are identified as reasons why integration is far from being realized. However, it can be attained since integration is a two-way affair. Everyone must work hand in hand toward this goal.
