The study aims to ascertain the perceptions of national government employees of the National Offices on the performance appraisal system in terms of concepts, objectives, procedures, criteria, uses and adoption of the system. This is based on Civil Service Memorandum Circular No. 02, Series of 1989 know as the Establishment of Performance Evaluation System. Involved were 109 superiors and 256 rank and file employees in the province of Bukidnon.
