This project consists of three legume cropping patterns namely: corn-mungbean, peanut-corn and corn soybean. It determines which of these patterns is the best based on net income per hectare and which gives persistent high yield with corn. It evaluates the performance of corn when intercropped with these legumes. This project also examines if yield of corn increases when the 60,000 plants per hectare are maintained regardless of planting and land equivalent ratio. The most profitable ratio is also determined.
