This study focuses on the performance indicator of four major programs such as family planning, Vitamin A, immunization and tetanus toxoid implemented in the province of Cotabato. The results show a relatively high (55 percent) contraceptive prevalence rate among married women of reproductive ages (MWRAs), Vitamin A coverage (93 percent), and number of children vaccinated against any diseases (96 percent).
