The study focuses on six areas, namely: recruitment, integration, development, compensation, maintenance, and separation of employees of the Human Resource Management Program. Findings reveal that some recruitment practices are not successfully used by the agency. The technicians are not satisfied with the system regarding career development program of the agency. Also, that the retirees are neglected.
