The study presents a review and evaluation of Mindanao State University System, its present management structure as affected by recent changes in national security issues, specifically, the recent change in leadership and pending reorganization affecting additional problems inherent to its new administration with the perennial problem on peace and order (hold-ups, salvaging and politically related and/or maneuvered incidents).
