This paper describes the components of the proposed accelerator. It gives the parameter and dimensions of the accelerator and showed the pictures and drawings as well as the preliminary building requirements and building specifications. It enumerates the physics we can gain from the accelerators and discussed some of its applications. The paper also lays bare the budget for the proposed Electron Synchrotron for Mindanao.
