The study aims to quantitatively and qualitatively assess the overall trend in the implementation of the Local Government Support Program in Southern Mindanao Region. It also assesses the key contraints and propose recommendations that are intended to remove bottlenecks with the end view of enhancing a faster and fuller transistion to a more responsive and dynamic local government administration.
