This is a master plan which serves as a blueprint for a more holistic, integrated and comprehensive development of Liguasan marsh. It is conceived to guide planners and policy makers in determining the appropriate mix of interventions and strategies for the marsh as well as the spatial considerations needed for the next three decades covered by the plan.
