This research identifies which competencies of management are mostly practiced by school administrators and which are strongly useful in their management activities. Following are competencies of management, competencies of management on attention, on meaning, on trust and on self. It also ascertains the significant difference in the extent of agreement and the perception of usefulness of the management competencies practiced by public school administrators.
