A comprehensive research on the impact of official development assistance (ODA) in the implementation of the CARP. The study focuses on two ODA-funded projects: the Agrarian Reform Support Project in Northeastern Mindanao financed by the European Union, and the Agrarian Reform Community Development Project in Southeastern Mindanao funded by the World Bank.
