This project is part of the efforts of some concerned sectors for the speedy and effective implementation of the Local Government Code or decentralization. The [XU]-CLG embarks on one strategy that will hopefully make the local government perform by increasing the participation of their constituents. Thus, the School-on-the Air (SOA) is conducted. Somehow the project made an impact on a few enrollees.
