The study covers the areas of Agusan del Sur and Bislig City to express the need of health planners in the CARAGA region to address the aims of Health Sector Reform Agenda, focusing on public health of the poor sector of society. It explores the respondents' knowledge to health insurance, health planning, health reforms and health information system. Findings of this study will be useful for purposes of assessing health activities in the future.
