Manobos indigenous political system that maintains social and political equilibrium in the society is shown in this study. They are mild, patient and peace loving people, have views on their rights and will react to protect these. Their political organization is found to be patriarchal in nature, allocating power and authority to leaders, the datus known to make decisions. Their laws are not codified or enacted but have customs and traditions that are binding that controls disruptive behavior.
