Majority of Maguindanaon leaders are democratic leaders. They have satisfactory overall leadership performance in community project activities. Leadership performance is found significantly influenced by number of wives and children, level of English and Arabic education, leadership exposure, attendance in leadership trainings, membership in organizations, highest position held in community organizations and community project accomplished. Based on the general findings, the Maguindanaon community leaders still need more technical assistance to improve their leadership performance.
