Determines the profile of the teachers, their level of job satisfaction in the institution with respect to organizational policies or procedures, working conditions or setting and workers' attitude toward their work. The significant relationship between the respondents' demographic profile and their levels of job satisfaction is examined. It also ascertains the formulation of faculty development program based on the result of this study.
